Colorado Grants Guide Research Volunteer

Description: Want to learn more about the ins and outs of nonprofit grant research? CRC's Research Volunteers play an integral role in ensuring that the Colorado Grants Guide, Colorado’s leading online tool for nonprofit funding research, is accurate and up to date. Volunteers will strengthen their research skills by reviewing organizational websites, annual reports, financial information, and IRS tax documents. This is an excellent opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge about the giving priorities and application processes of hundreds of funders. Volunteers are required to participate in a 3-hour orientation and training held in the downtown area at a date and time to be determined.

Requirements for volunteers: Interest in the Nonprofit Sector; Attention to detail; Ability to work independently; Ability to enter data accurately and efficiently per established guidelines; Computer proficient; Critical thinker
